In recent years, the phenomenon of the high middle school students’ delinquency, found no clear data has a great influence to the social development and stability, but also to people’s personal and property caused great damage to the middle school students, how to solve the crime problem, is an important issue in the construction of rule of law in China.The increase of middle school students’ delinquency behavior, which has close relationship with the legal education of middle school students is not in place. At present, each high school, society, parents etc. although already in a certain level understanding of the importance of legal education of middle school students, but not really pay attention to the legal education of middle school students in thought, which leads to many problems still exist in the legal education of middle school students. In this paper, a detailed analysis of the existing problems in the legal education of middle school students, middle school students think in legal education at present, school education can not play its due role, family education is not in place, the social education function is not outstanding, between schools, families and society, did not form a joint force in legal education of middle school students, some bad thoughts and ideas the society, the legal education in middle school students effect plays a role of weakening. To solve these problems, the author thinks that should from the students themselves, family, school and social affairs in the legal education of middle school students on the point of view, building up a perfect system of legal education. Students from the perspective of their own, should strengthen self-discipline, cultivating the self management ability, learn self-management and self constraint. From the family perspective to continuously improve the quality and ability of parents, parents of the rich legal knowledge, master the method of certain legal education, and to create a good family environment for the healthy growth of the students, the scientific use of persuasion and education, communication education family education methods. Of course, in the school education must play the role of subjectivity education, in this respect should prepare the new readable, interesting teaching materials, on the basis of improving and perfecting the teaching methods, the establishment of a high level of professional teachers; in the social education, should not only play the role of media in legal education on the, but also give full play to the role of the government and the judiciary in social education, the legal education as a basic functions related to the Department of justice. On the basis of this, the school, the family and the society effectively combine the three, and constantly improve the level of middle school students in middle school students of legal education, legal education play in the prevention and control of juvenile crime function. Through this research, hope to provide some help and Enlightenment to the current middle school students legal education related units, departments, make its have the legal education of middle school students pay attention to from the thought, and continuously improve the effectiveness of legal education of middle school students on the basis of this, never against crime of middle school students problem solution better.
