When Ma Jiajue’s and Yao Jiaxin’s homicide case had being gradually forgotten, LiQiming, the son of Li Gang, shouted out the word "My dad is Li Gang" in arrogant,coldand detached attitude in2010; when only16years old Zhou Yan, in An Hui He Fei, hittingpeople’s sprit again in2011, poison case in Shang Hai Fu Dan University happened againin2013; so many kinds of student homicide cases caused the society’s query which wasdirected against popularize law depth of the Chinese High Education. From2000to now,China’s juvenile crime has a clear upward trend and develops toward low-aging direction.“The law should grab from baby,” developing legal literacy curriculum in compulsoryeducation, making legal literacy curriculum spread to primary and secondary schools,these things make us consider and explore seriously.This thesis put forward, we can solve the outmoded method problem of traditionaleducation, through the way of replacing traditional instilling knowledge view withconstructivism views of knowledge. We can solve the problem of shortage of teachers,through inviting legal education specialized graduate students as law teachers. We can putforward frame model and implementation way and that special for junior middle schoolstudents, and specific situational pattern and the concrete implementation method ofpupils, according to the students’ psychological development particularity and knowledgeacceptance. Using these methods to improve and build our future compulsory educationlaw education pattern.In theoretical terms, according to the present blank mode constructing of making legalliteracy curriculum spreads to primary and secondary schools, we combine the legalquality education with primary and secondary school students’ own development, sum upthe mode constructing of legal literacy curriculum with scientific method. In practicalterms, we look for the present problem of legal quality education in primary andsecondary schools, to make the legal quality course construction into and developeffective countermeasure model, provide strong evidence.
