The Study On Cultivation Of College Students’ Positive Psychological Quality From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

Due to the rapid transition period of our society,the mental pressure of people has greatly increased,and the development of the society requires more person with high diathesis,which claims not only the contemporary college students have the high political fiberre and professional knowledge,but also demands them to have a healthy body and positive mental quality.Tues how to cultivate college students’ positive mental quality,stimulating their potential and advantages,cultivating their positive growth ability,improving their mental health,which has become a practical problem that requires to be solved by College Students’ Ideological and Political Education and Mental Health Education.This paper uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,analyzed the development of college students’ psychological quality and discussed the cultivating measures.First of all,it introduces the significance,situation and at home and abroad of the research,as well as its the innovation;secondly,it summarizes the connotation,content and theoretical basis,and the necessity of Cultivating College Students’ positive psychological quality;thirdly,based on the questionnaire investigation,it summarizes the current college students’ psychological performance,and analyzes the reasons;finally,presents the countermeasures of cultivating college students’ psychological quality from the perspective of ideological and political education,namely the leading role of the school,the basic role of family,the radiated effect of social,the subjectivity of College Students,and through the joint efforts of the four aspects to cultivate College Students’ positive psychological quality.This paper cultivates positive psychological quality of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education,which aims at innovating mental health education and promoting the formation of positive psychological quality and the all-round development of college students.
