The hearing-impaired children due to congenital or acquired causes lead to hearing loss, couldn’t see or hear the sounds around precisoly. They have a impaired audition because of the influence of drug poisoning, genetic, environmental noise, otitis media and other accidents which give rise to the conduction and perception of auditory system, and to make a comprehensive analysis of the sound of a variety of central nervous system caused by abnormal hearing impairment, thus unable to with people of normal communication, abnormal social exchange activities. As a member of the society of hearing-impaired children, they must reach into society through social purpose. But because of its special physiological characteristics, it is defined as the Vulnerable Groups they always encounter obstacles in the process of socialization.In this paper, the concept of social work expertise point of view, the choice of the working methods of the Growth Group to enhance the socialization of children with hearing impairment level substantive research. First, to a special school for hearing impaired students for interviews at the same time to carry out a certain experience, one is to find the entry point for group work in the process of data collection, second is to lay a mass foundation for the development of team members. By screening identified six hearing-impaired students set up a open silent flower hearing-impaired children’s growth group, starting from strengthening the communication skills, through the group activities step by step guide for hearing-impaired children build their own mental health support network, improve and expand the circle of interpersonal communication, product located its social role, form the correct social value concept. After the end of the event, the evaluation of its effectiveness, at the same time by the practice process began to reflect, put forward suggestions.
