In our country in the new period of economic transformation and upgrading, shows the characteristics of the new social and economic development, national policies to ensure that the reform and development and the rapid development of economic growth pattern, at the same time, in all walks of life are also continuously introduce new measures to adapt to the social and economic development, to ensure product competitiveness level enhances unceasingly. In the opportunities and challenges of critical period, the national and social development requires more applied talents with professional and specialized skills involved in the social economic development. Vocational colleges as the main base of cultivating applied talents, should take the employment as the guidance, follow The Times, adjust the development direction and accurate orientation training objectives, accelerate development.Professional teacher’s professional quality and professional skills, a direct impact on students’quality level, a direct impact on higher vocational education development, and teachers’work initiative and enthusiasm for their professional quality and professional skill level of play plays a key role. Consummate the incentive mechanism for higher vocational colleges fully tap the potential of teachers and arouse their work enthusiasm, enhance the sense of accomplishment, and constantly introducing talents. Through investigation, the current higher vocational colleges in shaanxi province in the professional teachers’ incentive management, incentive system targeted, performance appraisal can’t reflect the actual labor results of the teachers, incentive is given priority to with material, ignoring the professional teachers as a special group of higher level of spiritual pursuit, poor incentive system implementation, can not adapt to era development requirements. The causes of these problems, mainly is the professional teachers in higher vocational colleges management policy remains to be perfect, higher vocational colleges management management idea behind, lack of care for the spirit of the professional teachers incentive itself exists differences in various colleges and universities of professional teachers and so on.Based on some relevant professional teachers in higher vocational colleges in shaanxi incentive measures and rewards and punishments measures, part of the demand of the professional teachers in higher vocational colleges, based on job satisfaction questionnaire survey, found that the current professional teachers in higher vocational colleges there are still problems with the incentive mechanism, to analyze the causes of forming problem, put forward the perfect the incentive mechanism of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges. First of all, based on the literature collected, this paper introduces the country in higher vocational college teachers incentive management has taken related measures. In shaanxi province, the second part of the higher vocational colleges in the province of the personnel department staff interview survey, understand the current basic situation of higher vocational colleges in the aspect of professional teachers incentive, incentive mechanism based on professional teachers satisfaction and job satisfaction questionnaire and on-the-spot interview investigation, learned in higher vocational colleges in shaanxi province professional teachers incentive mechanism problems. Again, the problem of higher vocational professional teachers incentive mechanism is analyzed, find out the cause of the current situation, and use for reference the experience of teacher inspiring achievements at home and abroad. Finally, from the development goals, improve the current incentive system, determine the teachers establish tracking feedback mechanism and so on suggestion to perfect the incentive mechanism of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges.
