Incentive Mechanism Of Higher Vocational College Teachers’

Since the reform and opening policy of China, the development of highereducation has cultivated tens of thousands of talents for the economic construction andsocial development. Especially the higher vocational education, during these decades,has occupied the half part of the higher education, which also becomes the importantway of the higher education for the public. As the development of higher vocationaleducation,the number of college students has increased quickly while the number ofteachers is insufficient. And there is a lack of formal system of training,importing,stability and encouragement of teachers. The income is not really linked totheir works. The encouragement is not appropriately used, so the urgently need talentscan not be imported,while talents can not be kept in college,which causes theunreasonable structure of teachers and the waste of talents. Teachers of highervocational is in the status quo, who get the wages according to relative positions. Thiscan not represent the contribution of the teachers to the college and seriously restrict theinitiative,which results in the difficult development of college. The encouragementsystem of Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering is not sound, which largelyinfluences the initiative of teachers and restricts the development of college. Theconstruction of relatively appropriate encouragement system could devote theteachers to the development of college. Currently,Chongqing College of ElectronicEngineering needs to change the backward inner motivation system,and build therelatively appropriate motivation system, which is in order to motivate the enthusiasmof teachers.
