| With various examinations increasing, talents-selecting system becomes more and more perfect and domestic exam sites are standardized widely and quickly. Because of developing information technology, plenty of problems comes up in managing exams, which challenges the standardization of exam sites. We need to apply advanced theory to solve problems in exam-standardization.This thesis mainly discusses how to realize a standard exam site from three perspectives. Firstly, it improves and perfects theoretical system of exam site standardization including education equity theory and new public management theory. Secondly,it summarizes development, concept and problems of the realization of exam site standardizing through referring to relative thesis, reports and document. It analyzes comprehensive level of today’s exam site standardization. Thirdly, taking an example of Shaanxi, this thesis provides several advice for exam site standardizing in this province by analyzing specific problems and summarizing survey result. It hopes to be helpful to the development of domestic exam site standardization, strengthening the weakness and highlighting equity, justice and authority. |
