In the process of our country’s development for decades, the population status has been a national concern, because it is related to many aspects,such as society,economic,civilization,and so on.Until now,the number of population in China is more than one seventh of the world population.Because of many factors,Family Plan Policy had been mentioned,and in China it used to be called One-Child Policy in the past.The topic of controling the number and the quality of population is serious and focus in many occasions due to so much complex factors.Influenced by many clear or complicated causation,what status our polulation will be in the future is a significant research concerned by academicians of various field.There are so many methods about demographic research. From the initial demographic method and social development to the evolution of current scientific method, the method gradually become more diversified and error estimation are also gradually reduced, or more close to the realistic meaning,etc. It achieves evolution.Which one of these methods is the best is still a important study. As a method of research in complex systems and systems engineering, system dynamics has played an important role in many areas like society, economic, resources, and so on.It also has a very important significance in population study as a scientific method.Through the analysis of the different factors influencing the population quantity and structure,we can study the impact and relationgship between internal factors and external factors of population.Then the analysis of historical data and logical relationships between different factors can be used to construct reasonable parameters and variables,the parameters and variables can be used to construct population model. According to the observations of population trends that contain the number and structure in different family planning policy,it help to predict the future structure of the population.It also help to provide a new reasonable method for developing family planning policy and controling the number of population in the future,and influence directly or indirectly social development.
