A Study On The Financial Support Policy For The Development Of Vocational Education In Yunnan Province

Vocational education play important part of human resources development and modern education, play a remarkable position in the realization of the great rejuvenation of the China and made in China in 2025.In recent years, our country is putting forward to speed up the development of vocational education, accelerating the development of vocational education, on the one hand, not only meet the demand of diversified education, making the rational allocation of education resources and education reasonable divergence, on the other hand, can satisfy the economic and social development demand for diversified talent and labor, keep up with the trend of the new era. Although many provinces have positive response on national policy, fully support the vocational education in policies and funding, however, due to the existence of the difference of economic level, there still have big gap between the scale of the financial support and quality in every province, such as Yunnan province, due to the limitation of economic level, the scale of vocational education support have big gap with other provinces, this article take Yunnan province as the research object, discusses its the scale of funding and analysis it.Through read literature and collect data, combing and analysis the Yunnan province vocational education policy and vocational education present situation in this paper. Firstly uses the empirical analysis the the relationship between direct financial support and economic development, has concluded that: the direct investment has spillover effect in vocational education of Yunnan province’s economic growth; Besides using the theoretical model to illustrate important of fiscal support and the collection of data to illustrate the problems and reasons of the problems. Through theoretical and empirical finding, there is problems in the scale of exists fiscal support policy of vocational education, funded project, teachers’ special funds in Yunnan province. These problems will affect the vocational education’s role of the economy in Yunnan province, this article put forward some suggestions on these problems, hope to be able to improve the professional development in Yunnan province of fiscal support policy as a reference. In order to guarantee the healthy and rapid development of Yunnan’s vocational education, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the Yunnan’s economic.
