Since many teachers hope to give students sufficient time for classroom activities, with the purpose that students can "learn while doing" and abstract physical knowledge can be understood more vividly and lively. However, this idea is often spoiled because of limited time in class. Considering the importance of learning while doing, many schools are dedicated to solving this contradiction through curriculum reform. In this paper, the author takes BH middle school as an example, by doing a lot of research work, has collected effective data as a reference, which makes the research work more valuable and profound. The research work involves: one is whether the teaching content and time allocation in Shanghai experimental elementary physics curriculum in senior high school meet the needs of the students with strong experimental inquiry ability and practical ability; two is whether medium level students can deepen the understanding of physical process and scenes through the experimental inquiry process so as to enhance the quality of thinking; three is whether the application of school-based experimental textbooks designed for the school curriculum can effectively stimulate students’ learning interest and enthusiasm; four is how teachers allocate teaching period time and activity time in the teaching process of school-based curriculum; five is whether the writing of the physics experimental textbook can effectively help senior-one students to adapt to high school physics learning more smoothly, and further students’ understanding of the relation between different subjects. In early studies, the author first collected and checked the relevant research data, including books, master thesis, teaching thesis and all kinds of journal articles, from which the author absorbed the essence, and analyzed the shortcomings in the research and practice to obtain the useful argument by means of libraries, bookstores, network and other channels. Then the author performed an effective questionnaire in the new first-grade students in high school, and found that most students had difficulty in adapting to the convergence process from junior high school to senior high school in physics learning, with the fear of difficulty. Finally the author obtained experience and first-hand information in the development and application of school-based teaching materials for BH high school physics experimental community, by taking lectures, making interviews, organizing relevant student activities and other forms of competitions, using statistical methods, and evaluating students’ hands-on ability and thinking ability in the analysis of physics grades and also the performance in the science and technology festival, based on the research in BH physics experimental organization for one year.Having studied for a period of one year, the author has clarified the fact that the development and practice of BH high school-based physics teaching materials can solve the contradiction between the arrangement of basic physics curriculum in senior high schools and students’ needs of time and space in realizing “learning while doing” to a certain extent with the help of large quantities of real and reliable data. The author has also found that the development of school-based teaching materials can effectively promote teachers’ professional development, improve teachers’ idea about the new teaching methodology of new curriculum, construct the interactive learning platform for both teachers and students, and form the benign interaction between teachers and students by means of classroom observations, questionnaires and other forms. Meanwhile, students are more likely to change “passive” learning behavior to “active”, which can improve the students’ interest in learning physics, respect the differences in the development of individual students, and cultivate students’ innovative spirit and practical ability in a relatively full and free experimental society class.
