Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of National Traditional Sports Industry In Shandong Province

In 2014, the State Council promulgated the opinions on speeding up the development of sports industry and promoting sports consumption, which indicates that the sports industry has been regarded as an important part of the development of the national strategy for the future. The national tradition sports industry are an important part of sports industry, with the popularity of traditional ethnic sports in national fitness, national traditional sports industry development will become a important economic growth power. Shandong Province is the large province of sports, rich and colorful national traditional sports, development of national traditional sports industry promising, but from the existing research, in Shandong Province, national traditional sports industry development present situation and countermeasure research is extremely scarce. Therefore this paper using literature data method, expert interview method, investigation questionnaire and mathematical statistics, in Shandong Province, the national traditional sports industry development present situation investigation, the purpose is to promote the development of the national traditional sport industry in Shandong Province and the whole sports industry. Research shows:First, the national traditional sports industry in Shandong province is still in the primary stage of development, by the local economy and the concept of constraints, compared with the developed areas there is still a big gap.Second, the overall size of the national traditional sports industry in Shandong province is small, the regional development is not balanced, and the national traditional sports industry practitioners in the national traditional sports, the degree of cognition and participation is low.Third, the theoretical study of Shandong Province, the national traditional sports industry development lack of system, government of national traditional sports industry support is not enough, backward management idea, talent training system is not perfect and the relevant laws and regulations is not perfect.In view of the above situation, this research put forward the corresponding suggestion:First, to increase the national traditional sports industry in Shandong Province, the development of policy support.Second, regulate the national traditional sports industry market order, improve the national traditional sports industry management system.Third, the government should correctly position the traditional sports industry, pay attention to its development, the development of strict and detailed laws and regulations, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the national traditional sports industry.Fourth, establish perfect personnel management system of Shandong Province, national traditional sports industry, often set up a professional training, vocational classroom activities, improve the industry responsible person’s professional quality, increase number of industry professionals, to improve the quality of the talent.
