Today the development of science and technology is changing with each passing day and the pace of life is faster and faster. So the talents which education cultivated should be able to adapt to the opportunities and challenges coexist in the environment. And education and training of personnel should not just stop at the level of discipline, it requires students to master knowledge, more important it is to develop the students thinking, to improve students ability to innovate, promote the overall development of students. This requires changing the traditional classroom teaching examination-oriented education, the student becomes a passive acceptance of the classroom for students to cooperation and exchange of knowledge, the initiative to explore the classroom.Questioning can be used as the composition and structure of the entire classroom content to guide students to gradually depth exploration of thinking. Questioning can also exercise the students ability to think independently, and gradually formed the right way of thinking the geography from students thinking independently, grasp the subject characteristics, and thus a deeper understanding of the learning content, to acquire subject knowledge. In addition, this process can facilitate the exchange of students and teachers, help students concentrate.Under the guidance of relevant theories, using questionnaire survey method, literature method, interview method and so on, the present conditions of the research status and class in high school geography classroom were questioning. Based on this analysis summarizes the problems and shortcomings of high school geography class in question by the existence of this link. Accordance with the respective principles and theories of teaching, based on the analysis,the following aspects put forward some suggestions and strategies. First, teachers should change the traditional concept of the original. That the teachers teaching concept which restrict questioning behavior in the classroom and directly affect the effectiveness of teaching. Second,can only teach well prepared before class. We should prepare the questions beforehand, also.Third, mainly aimed at the high school geography subject in specific course content, such as natural geography, human geography, regional geography, according to the different features of different knowledge in effective classroom questions. Fourth, attention should be paid to some problems in question. Finally, the teacher wants to do a good job after class reflection, and make up the shortfall and apply valuable experience to the later teaching work to adjust and improve the classroom teaching.
