New curriculum standard requires geography teachers create a good learning atmosphere, motivate students' autonomous learning and meet the learning needs of students, cultivating the students' feelings, attitude, values. Classroom questioning is realize the interaction and exchange between teachers and students in the teaching process;flow method, the effective classroom questioning can be to focus student attention,prompting students according to the teachers to put forward the problems actively. Teacher questioning this process can make teachers and students psychological harmony, emotional exchange, creating a harmonious environment for the questions. So in high school geography classroom teaching, the question is very important and is relative to the level of the quality and efficiency of teaching.In this paper, through the collation and analysis of relevant literature and data, design high school geography classroom questioning the status quo survey questionnaire,classroom observation, and then to analyze the influencing factors of effective questioning,puts forward the strategy of effective questioning. This article mainly includes the following parts:In this paper, through the analysis of the questionnaire, summed up the problems of classroom questioning has including teachers of effective questioning awareness and understanding is not deep, single question types, question to choose narrow, teacher evaluation method is single. On the basis of analysis of the problems, from the teachers effectively provided ask about principles, effective teachers' Questioning Consciousness and conception, effective teacher questioning techniques are put forward to improve the effectiveness of high school geography classroom questioning strategies.(1) high school geography classroom questioning are outlined, including the connotation of effective questioning in the geography classroom, the theoretical foundation of geography classroom questioning function and geography classroom effective questioning. Through access to information about classroom questioning and effectivequestioning, summed up the definition of effective questioning in the geography classroom.Return to accept the function of geography classroom questions to stimulate the motivation of students, play the subjectivity of students, teaching feedback, to improve students' ability of language expression, promote emotion exchange between teachers and students.Basic theory from the theory of effective teaching, participation type teaching theory,constructivism theory, theory of interaction between teachers and students on the enlightenment of effective questioning.(2) by teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire and classroom observation the collation and analysis of the results of the summary of the problems existing in the current classroom questioning. Inductive classroom questioning of the existing problems including teachers of effective questioning awareness and understanding is not deep, question types of a single, narrow object, a single evaluation method.(3) from the students have knowledge, character, learning geography method of interest, the teacher's knowledge level and teaching ability, teacher-student relationship between the three aspects of the analysis of effective factors.(4) from the principle of geography teachers effective questioning and effective teacher questioning consciousness and ideas and effective teacher questioning techniques(based on geography subject standard of questioning techniques, based classroom questioning techniques based on, based on the development of students' skills of asking questions) aspects improve classroom questioning the validity of the strategy.
