Today’s society, smart phones, tablets, is so popular. Everyone has a smart phone, tablet computer also can be seen everywhere, some people even have more than one at the same time.As long as they want to, whether in walking, such as car, bus, or lie on the bed, can use these devices to study anytime and anywhere. This through the mobile devices and mobile Internet anytime, anywhere learning is mobile, mobile learning to digital learning resources through mobile media and wireless communication technology to every corner at any time. Mobile learning can meet the needs of the learners to learn anytime and anywhere, is a new kind of study way, at the same time is also a research hotspot in the field of education technology.With the continuous development of mobile Internet, mobile devices, widely used, and mobile learning itself has the mobility, interactivity, convenience, flooding in the characteristics of mobile learning this new way of learning is more and more attention from researchers and learners, and is thought to be essential to a way of learning in future study, in set up the concept of lifelong learning and build a learning society has important significance. The development of mobile learning relies on the learners’ interest and demand, understand the awareness and demand for mobile learning, is conducive to the implementation of mobile learning and further. Investigate and analyze the present situation of mobile learning focuses on college students, about the primary and middle school students of the investigation of the status quo of the mobile learning and research. In view of this, in this paper, the primary and middle school students investigation on the current situation of mobile learning and research.Refer to the information about the mobile learning both at home and abroad, on the basis of summarizing the research findings in the field of mobile learning this. Through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of mobile learning, determine the research of mobile learning five major dimensions: mobile learning awareness, mobile devices, mobile learning resources,mobile learning interest, mobile learning attitude, design of the current situation of mobile learning of primary and middle school students and willingness of using questionnaire, combined with interviews of teachers and students are analyzed and the result of the investigation, it is concluded that the present status of mobile learning of primary and middle school students.The results show that the lack of understanding of mobile learning of primary and middle school students; Study of the high ownership of middle school students’ mobile devices, mobile equipment ownership is relatively low; Students will understand and use general functions of mobile learning, use effect is good rate is low; Today’s mobile learning resources is difficult to meet the needs of learners; Primary and middle school students have high interest in mobile learning; Teachers for students to use mobile devices for mobile learning has a high recognition.This article conclusion part of the school can better use the perspective of mobile learning way, put forward the following Suggestions: called on all sides actively promote mobile learning propaganda; Correctly guide the student to carry out mobile learning; For mobile learning training teachers; Design and develop valuable mobile learning resources; The construction of mobile learning platform.
