Human is the core and key to integrate all the technical, financial, organizational and other resources to ensure efficient operation and smooth management. The quality, level, quantity, structure and allocation efficiency of human resource directly affects the organization’s core competitive advantages and success. Therefore, in the increasingly fierce market competition environment, the hiring of good talent as first stage is the key to success during organizational attraction, selection and hiring a group of "suitable candidates". With the development of the education and training industry, along with the growing number of education brand and rapid expansion, the demand of talent in education and training industry is very large. Middle management level is the core of enterprise human resources, it decided the company survival and the realization of strategic goals. To this, the management for the company should have a sober understanding, and can use the new Angle of view and development view to develop and explore the future development, how to improve the middle management personnel recruitment assessment system will be a critical for all the organization.In this paper, the research on the optimization the recruitment system of Middle-level manager for HuaYi training school. Firstly, introduced the human resources recruitment, competence model, middle management related theory. Second, on the basis of the theory and combined with the actual status of Middle-level manager for hua yi company, we analysis the existing problem for Middle-level manager in the recruitment process. After the problem further analysis, using the relevant technology to build the middle managers competence model of Hua Yi’s company, and on this basis, design a set of Middle-level manager personnel recruitment system, the system includes human resource planning, job analysis and recruitment process, this has a certain reference and great significance for the training education profession and education.
