Student academic evaluation as an important part of the Chinese curriculum evaluation is an important guarantee to achieve program objectives. Play Chinese academic evaluation function, not only conducive to the implementation of the objectives of quality education, promote the comprehensive development of students, teaching plays supervision, guidance, and facilitating role, providing certain theoretical basis for the compulsory education researchers and teachers, and a variety of integrated applications for the academic evaluation methods, academic evaluation theory rich and perfect, stable reform academic evaluation carried out smoothly for reference, to better service for the basic education curriculum reform.In this paper, starting from the practice of primary school language teaching point of view, main follow the "discovery problems- analysis of the problem- to make recommendations," the research ideas; Through literature research, survey method, interview method to the second grade survey on the current situation of Chinese education system, the content of the survey mainly relates to the purpose of Chinese academic assessment, standard, content, subject, way, time, ways of feedback, and the application of the results.The whole research process is divided into two stages. The first phase of the study focused on the preparation of primary Chinese academic evaluation questionnaires and interviews outline integrated use of literature research and field observation. The second phase of the study focused on selecting a key school ?L elementary school in Shanghai, Second-grade parents, teachers, and students as the research object, a comprehensive collection of data and analysis on the status quo of Chinese academic evaluation.Through the survey found that the status quo of Chinese academic evaluation situation of second grade meet "Evaluation Guidelines" requirements basically:(1) evaluation purpose more accurate;(2)evaluation standard more clear;(3)evaluation content more comprehensive;(4) evaluation subject presented diversification;(5) evaluation methods presented diversification;(6)formative assessment and summative assessment combined;(7) teachers using the evaluation results to improve daily teaching;(8)evaluation results of feedback way rendering diversified.Through the survey found that the current evaluation system still exist the following problems:(1) evaluation purpose exists some deviation;(2) teachers’ importance to the evaluation of oral communication is not enough;(3)the way of evaluation results feedback is not reasonable.For these three issues, the following recommendations:(1)schools carry out regular academic assessment of training; Teachers take the initiative to learn the language concept of academic assessment. To help teachers, students, parents, establish scientific evaluation idea.(2) creation of oral communication situations; strengthening of the evaluation of oral communication. Thereby improving the status of teachers neglect oral communication.(3)focus on the students’ differences, to give personalized feedback; Feedback should be specific, descriptive language based. So as to improve the quality of evaluation and feedback information.
