This dissertation is about the relationship between Labrang monastery and Dngul-ra Tibetan tribe as the breakthrough point, on the basis of the existing data, through using historical data, field working, interview with experts and scholars, etc. Deeply analyzed natural humanity, social formation, organizing structure, related systems of Dngul-ra Tibetan tribe, and temples, monasteries within tribe. Such as the relationship between objective in-depth interpretation and analysis, trying to fill the study areas in the history of religious culture and other aspects.The full text, except preface and epilogue, includes four main chapters. The introduction part is mainly about the origins and significance of choosing this topic. The first chapter focuses on the history of Dngul-ra Tibetan tribe. Include it geographical environment and natural environment. The second chapter is talking about the exploration of original resource of Dngul-ra Tibetan tribe, and it historically and evolution of tribal issues. Hopes it to be able to display the complete image of Dngul-ra Tibetan and its historical development. The third chapter mainly analyzes the organization structure of Dngul-ra Tibetan tribes and tribalism; this is also the key of this thesis, and it is mainly with the help of relevant historical literature combined with interviews with persons, analysis in this thesis, the organizational structure and the characteristics of the relevant systems of the Dngul-ra Tibetan tribes. The fourth chapter focuses on the traditional culture, and it gives a deep meticulous combing to the dress, literature and religion. The fifth chapter mainly expounds tribes in the history of the temple, education system of the monastery, Relationship between the tribe and temple, etc. Through discussed these problems in clearly, trying to summarizes the characteristics of the culture’s tribal history, and to their own views and opinions on controversial problem.
