Our are the unified multinational country that compose by 56 national with common prosperities and development, the Hui tribe is important constituent, and has formed the dazzling Hui tribe culture passed through the long historical development. Because the Hui tribe is the ethnic minority that our country distributes broad, therefore each local Hui tribe has the general character as one of the whole although, but also can manifest certain individuality because the difference that each one locate in geographical position. In the length and breadth land of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the development of the Hui tribe culture is also long-standing, But under the background that the multicultural connection and the collision time at present, the Hui tribe culture, as the non- mainstream culture, receives the challenge from every way in the new generation of infants' inheritance, become the question which urgently awaits to be solved. This research take the Huhhot Hui person area as a document, carry on the multi- aspect, the thorough careful research to the three kinds of educational shapes - Hui tribe family, the mosque and the kindergarten education that affect the Hui tribe infants to inherit the Hui tribe traditional culture, making every effort to carry Objectively,accurately on the description to the inheritable situation at present that the Hui tribe traditional culture in the Hui tribe pre-school education, and in this foundation propose the suggestion and the opinion that establish and consummate the respective Hui tribe traditional culture education plan of three kinds of educational shapes, thus accelerate the effective inheritance of Hui tribe traditional culture in Hui tribe infants'.This article mainly constitutes by following five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction. Firstly expound origin of topic,the goal and the significance of this research, and introduce the research results related with this research summarily, simultaneously made a more detailed introduction to the research technique.The Second chapter, firstly makes the limit to the basic meaning of "culture" and "national culture", and clears about the essence of the national culture inheritance, then carry on the dialectical analysis to the general relations of cultural and the education, and further highlight the cultural function of education, finally elaborate the value and the vital significance of the national culture inheritance which develops to the national infants, this completes the theory upholstery for the following investigation and study.The third chapter takes the summary to Hui tribe's race source, the distribution, the economical condition carries with the historical literature, afterwards carry on the introduction, divides into the Hui tribe outstanding cultural heritage the visible cultural, the behavior culture, the spiritual culture and the language culture four parts; finally carry on the explanation to the accent check of this research, to take the model of the Inner Mongolian Hui tribe culture.The fourth chapter, Utilization the questionnaire and interview to investigate and study the parents of the Hui tribe infants and the Hui tribe teachers of first and the second kindergarten, as well as the mosque religious public figure in the Hui person area, demonstrate comprehensively their attitude to the Hui tribe traditional culture and the inheritable situation in the pre-school education at present, as well as all opinion and bifurcation regarding this question, and analyze the superiority and the insufficiency of three kind of educational shapes in the aspect that the Hui tribe infants inherit the Hui tribe traditional culture.The Fifth chapter,In the previous chapter of diagnosis foundation, place oneself examines again the Hui tribe pre-school education under two kind of different cultural contexts, propose the corresponding suggestion to consummate and reappear the Hui tribe family and the mosque cultural inheritable function, and aim at the educational fact of the Inner Mongolian Hui tribe kindergarten to propose the plan that inherit Hui tribe traditional culture by the form of garden curriculum. Meanwhile displaying their respective educational function, carry on them the conformity to form the educational joint effort, to accelerate the Hui tribe traditional cultural effective inheritance.
