Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Occupational Education

Recent years, the quantity of college graduates have increased a lot because of the enlarged enrolment, so the employment pressure has become bigger and bigger,especially under the circumstance of the weak global economy. Under the new situation, the conflict between the old and new application concept and the relocation of values affect these college graduates’ employment status, so it is very significant for the graduates to set right vocational view according to the vocational view education. However, the vocational view education occurs very late in China’s colleges, so it is difficult to adapt the new situation, in other words, the research of college graduates’ vocational view education is rather crucial. This thesis makes a specific research on college graduates’ vocational view education in order to impel the development of college graduates’ vocational view education. At the same time,the author of this thesis wants to attract the colleges’ attention and concern on the significance of college graduates’ vocational view education.The author of this thesis has read the former research results and has studied the college graduates’ vocational view education systematically.This thesis utilizes the“theoretical analysis—problem and problem caused analysis—strategies”. This thesis is divided into three parts and the organization is in the following ways:the first part makes an explanation and analysis of the concept which is related with the college graduates’ vocational view education, hackle the theoretical foundation of this thesis and discuss the significance of college graduates’ vocational view education; the second part describes the problem which exists in college graduates’ vocational view education and make a objective analysis of the causes;the third part put forwards some strategies to improve and solve the problem which has been mentioned in the second part.
