| In order to improve the sustainable development of Fujian province’s volleyball league for college students, basing on documents, interview questionnaire, case study and logical analysis method, the thesis studies on the current situation and sustainable development of Fujian province’s volleyball league for college students. The thesis promotes the development and finds the main factors influencing on the sustainable development of Fujian province’s volleyball league through Pareto diagram analysis. Besides, the author analyze the example of volleyball league champion, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, in order to learn the successful experience and use it as a reference and guidance for the following development of Fujian province’s volleyball league for college students.It is showed that:Firstly, the attending athletes of the volleyball league are in several of majors. Secondly, the athletes have strong willing to improve the professional ability of volleyball. The training bonus is relatively little. The period of training is long but not disturbing the major learning. Thirdly, the cohesive force in attending teams is not high enough, but athletes are satisfied with school training facility and their sports trainers. Fourthly, volleyball sports trainers in Fujian province tend to be youth with mediocre major ability and scientific research ability and they are lack of in-job training. Fifthly, the volleyball league is popular with almost all teachers and students, and female group competition is required in volleyball league. Sixthly, the competition system is appropriate and the time should be once a year. With financial support, it should be carry out into high school through high-school zone.
