Research On The Dynamic Factors And Sustainable Development Of College Students Volleyball League In Gansu Province

The college volleyball league of Gansu province is the highest level competition of the single volleyball competition of college students in Gansu province.The development of the competition has been held for two sessions at present.The study of the dynamic factors of volleyball matches will lay the foundation of manpower,material and financial resources for the later stage of the league,and will promote the sustainable development of the league.In this study,the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used to investigate the athletes,coaches and referees who participated in the second Gansu University Volleyball League.On the basis of the investigation on the basic situation of the development of college volleyball league in Gansu Province,this paper analyzes the situation of Gansu Province dynamic factors of college volleyball league.The extensive development of college students' campus volleyball lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of volleyball league.Based on the theory of system dynamics and sustainable development,this paper puts forward some strategies to promote the sustainable development of college volleyball league in Gansu province,which can be used for reference to promote the holding of college volleyball league in Gansu province.The following conclusions were drawn:1.The dynamic factor structure of college volleyball league in Gansu province is divided into: internal dynamic factor and external dynamic factor,internal: individual dynamic factor of college student athletes,individual dynamic factor of coaches,individual dynamic factor of referees;external dynamic factor of league: family dynamic factor,school dynamic factor,social support factor,political development support,economic development support,cultural development support,sports science research development support.The internal and external dynamic factors are not independent of each other,they complement each other,athletes can not participate in the training competition without family support,coach guidance and Training competition environment provided by school and society.2.Gansu University Volleyball League was held for the second time,the leaders of the participating colleges and universities paid less attention to the league,the number of participating teams was small,the coaches were younger and lacked teaching experience.3.The restricting factors of the development of college volleyball league in Gansu Province,one college student athlete's cognition of volleyball is insufficient,the participation degree is not high,the second participation league volleyball team is small,the competition lacks appreciation,the third is the government guidance is insufficient,the organization management is not perfect,the four society attention is lacking,the league influence is lacking.4.Sing the characteristics of the theoretical dimension of sustainable development,the degree of development,coordination and sustainability are interrelated and interactive,and the sustainable development is unified from quantity,quality and time.At the level of a leading department,the relevant leaders of the government attach importance to it,the degree of support of the school leaders,and the degree of cooperation between the school and the government departments directly cause the continuation of the league.league start-up level,league funds is the guarantee of league operation,league system,match time,place rationality is the three elements of the league smoothly,athletes themselves level,athletes behavior attitude,training athletes school facilities,team funds,coaches coach.The exertion of ability and subjective initiative is the basis of cultivating excellent athletes.Pre-competition training and refereeing experience are the premise of fair,fair and open competition.The following recommendations are made:1.According to the dynamic factor organization,fully excavate the potential dynamic factor,the coach should excavate their behavior motivation according to the students' individual needs and physical characteristics,and guide them to actively participate in the volleyball training competition.At the same time,play the role of volleyball club,increase the experience of college students.Give full play to the dynamic factors of campus,colleges and universities use the humanistic environment to increase propaganda channels in various directions,expand the influence of volleyball activities,strengthen the propaganda of campus volleyball culture,and the venue facilities should meet the individual needs of students as far as possible.2.Government departments should formulate relevant policies to increase thenumber of sports events held,and take the annual participation of colleges and universities in sports events as a factor in the comprehensive evaluation of schools.The school management department should formulate the relevant incentive system,guide more college students to take part in sports,take the annual participation in school sports events as part of the comprehensive evaluation,and encourage athletes to participate actively.Improve the management system of coaches,can not unilaterally consider the professional title evaluation of coaches,comprehensive,multi-directional consideration.Referee training should be more implemented," go out,please come in" to increase the number of referee training exchanges outside the province.3.Volleyball teachers should increase the teaching of volleyball related knowledge in the course of teaching,improve college students' recognition of volleyball,change their traditional ideas of understanding volleyball,establish the same educational environment,rationally allocate the existing sports resources,and maximize their ability.4.In the competition system arrangements,as far as possible in a fair environment to improve the appreciation of the competition.In the time arrangement,should try not to affect the athlete to study the situation to carry on.The location of the competition should be determined to consider the convenience of transportation,consider coaches,athletes,referees and other food,clothing,housing and transportation.5.Attract more social resources into the development of campus volleyball,strengthen the middle school-high school-university training system link.6.Keeping up with the pace of national policies,government departments should play their leading role,combine with the actual situation of the development of volleyball in colleges and universities in Gansu Province,and guide the relevant departments to cooperate and jointly promote the sustainable development of college students' volleyball competitions in Gansu Province.
