The development of a country, must be rely on talent. With the development of science and technology, the state has a great change in the demand for talent. Therefore, both at home and abroad to increase the effectiveness of classroom teaching to explore and study. Abroad in the history of education has already appeared on the effectiveness of classroom teaching, but the research on classroom teaching effective teaching problems from the beginning of the first half of the twentieth Century. Compared with foreign countries, the research on the effectiveness of classroom teaching in China started late, which is about the effectiveness of classroom teaching since 1950 s. With the reform of the new curriculum, the domestic research on the effectiveness of classroom teaching has gradually increased, and the research questions and methods of classroom teaching effectiveness have emerged. To improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching in our country, shorten the gap between education and advanced education, and promote the development of China’s education. But the access to nearly 20 years of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teaching of literature, Tibetan Chinese bilingual teaching research, so far theoretical research results of the very few literatures, research on Tibetan Chinese bilingual classroom teaching effectiveness is even more scarce. Lead to serious restrict and affect the development of Tibetan economy and education. And single for physical education in Tibetan areas has the same many problems can not be solved effectively, and these problems restricts the development of students, is key of physical performance. So the author selected the topic of "Tibetan Middle School Physics(Bilingual)" investigation on the current situation of classroom teaching in Qinghai Tibetan nationality middle school as an example, and to write papers, this paper intends to start from the Qinghai Prefecture of Yushu Province, Hainan, Huangnan, Guoluo Prefecture and the national middle school in Haidong Prefecture survey in Qinghai Tibetan region Physics(Bilingual) in-depth study of specific classroom teaching, understand the area of students in the learning situation of physics classroom teaching under the new curriculum, analysis and Research on classroom teaching in the Tibetan area of Tibetan Chinese bilingual education of physical problems, and how to improve the development of physics bilingual teaching scheme effectiveness.
