A review of the current situation of teachers in our country, especially in the middle and primary schools,Although the overall quality of the continuous improvement, but the overall teaching ability of teachers, especially in rural teachers teaching ability, but also far behind the needs of educational practice.To a certain extent, the teaching ability is an important factor to promote quality education.A basic subject is as many subjects in Chinese primary school settings, plays a very important role in the importance of Chinese teachers’teaching ability should not be ignored.In this paper the structure of Chinese teachers’ teaching ability defines, based on the theory of lifelong education, teacher’s professional development, basic education curriculum reform, in literature research method based on, through questionnaires and interviews, teaching of rural primary school language teachers can force and teaching ability training conditions are investigated, and discusses the problems existing in the teachers’teaching ability, namely education idea behind, teaching design ability is not enough, not timely reflection, lack of teaching and scientific research ability, do not attach importance to their own development. Based on the deep research, from the three dimensions of state, school and teachers, the reasons for the low teaching ability of Chinese teachers in rural primary schools are analyzed. Finally, the author from the "rural", "primary school teachers" has the characteristic angle, puts forward some countermeasures. Throughout the text, the author to a primary school as an example, combined with the actual situation of the primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching ability, analysis of the problems existing in Teachers’ teaching ability, grasp the essence, puts forward the feasible suggestions, for the training of teachers provide reference basis, reflect the value of this study.
