With the progress of the society,teachers in Wuhan rural primary schools have a higher pursuit of their own development.If "general teachers" begin to be popularized in the future,how should rural primary teachers deal with it so as to smoothly transform into "general teachers"?The study is trying to solve this problem.The paper contains following six parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin of the topic,the significance of the research,the definition of the core concept,the literature review,the ideas and methods of the research.The second chapter is about the connotation of "general teachers".After more than ten years of development,there is no unified conclusion.Based on the theme of this study,the author defines it,analyses the characteristics of "general teachers",and determines the value of the research.The third chapter is about the interpretation of the Curriculum for Chinese Primary Schools and Junior Middle Schools.Contain the Chinese,Math,English,Science,PE,Music,Art.The fourth chapter is about the teaching case.At first,all the subjects are divided into two categories according to whether they are tested or not.And then,the research by crossing and integration among the multiple subjects would be an important direction.The fifth chapter is about the problems existing in the teaching cases.The problems focus on the following three aspects:the teaching materials,the teaching design and the teacher's problems.The sixth chapter is about the solution of these problems.Firstly,the teachers should make good use of existing teaching materials.Secondly,according to different subjects arranged flexibly.Thirdly,we should adjust mindset and change idea.Fourthly,develop school courses based on English proficiency.Fifthly,Information Technology has more contributions in modern education.Sixthly,teachers should pay more attention to children's performance of different subjects.The study selected four rural Primary schools,based on the Curriculum for Chinese Primary Schools and Junior Middle Schools,to guide for the teaching cases of general teachers in Wuhan rural primary schools.
