The subject of Chinese is a basic subject of many subjects in primaryschool, Learn the language can lay the foundation for the learning ofother subjects, The language study is closely related with people’sideological and moral, aesthetic, scientific practice ability are linked.Therefore, to study the subject of Chinese to the very important role inthe development of the students in the future, Chinese teachers teachingability will directly affect the students’ Chinese learning effect, as a result,research on the teaching ability of primary school teachers is veryimportant and necessary.The paper "research" status of the Chinese teachers teaching abilityof Primary School of Liaoyuan City Longshan District, the main elementsof primary school Chinese teaching clear professional requirements andprimary school Chinese teachers’ teaching ability, General situation ofsubject ability of primary school teachers, Mainly through the method ofquestionnaire investigation and literature research, Study and Analysis onthe basic composition, teaching ability of primary school Chineseteachers under the new course standard of Chinese teachers’ teachingability requirements, explore the ways and methods of cultivating theteaching ability of primary school teachers, summed up the training ofteaching ability of primary school teachers in the effective strategy.Hope that through this research, to achieve the following objectives:One is the construction of "mutual interaction, multi-directionalactivities" teaching mode, form the basic ways to cultivate theautonomous learning ability of classroom teaching, students’ development.Two is the way and form of school-based training content, teachers ofChinese academic ability, which provides an example for teacher training,teachers have to grow. Three is the sustainable development of teacher development school. In the new situation of education reform, the smallcity primary school how to improve the quality of teaching, the languagein the author’s opinion, the key is to improve teachers’ teaching level ofbusiness, and the cultivation of Chinese teachers’ teaching ability is animportant content of teacher professional development, an importantstrategy which is related to the school development.
