Cooperative teaching model has been widely used in the second language teaching of Korean middle schools, embodied in Chinese teaching is that Chinese volunteer teachers (original Chinese speakers) and Korean local Chinese teachers cooperate to accomplish the task of teaching. Since the two teachers’ nationality, educational background, life experiences are totally different; this kind of cooperation mode will inevitably create many problems. Although many experts and scholars have done a lot of researches of the advantages and disadvantages on the teaching status in Korea, the research of cooperation in culture teaching of Korean high school is much less, not to mention instructional advices on cultural cooperation between China and Korea teachers.This article is provided for general Korean high schools, progressive to analysis the status in South Korea cooperation by questionnaires and interviews. And take the example of Busan Lokdong high school to explore the pros and cons of three kinds of co-teaching model. At last, give recommendations to improve culture teaching in order to better promote Chinese teaching career in Korean.I used a questionnaire and interview methods to analyzes the current situation of cultural teaching, in terms of curriculum, teaching materials, teaching methods, cooperation, and pointed out that the lack in language ability, cultural knowledge, students personalities of original Chinese teachers and the lack in Chinese, sense of cooperation, cultural awareness of local teachers which have led to a variety of teaching problems affecting the effectiveness of teaching culture. The innovation of this paper is that I divided Chinese culture into knowledge culture, communicative culture, and experience culture to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of three different types of cooperation between Korean local Chinese teachers and original Chinese teachers. Then put forward recommendations from targeted training, local teachers in Korea, original Chinese teachers and cooperation methods, hoping to provide references to Chinese language teaching in Korea.
