Research purpose:academic achievement is students in learning whether can enjoy learning the important measure standard, the implementation of the function of academic achievement has positive effects of physical exercise on executive function has positive role in improving. This research after summarizing and analyzing the domestic and foreign about student executive function and academic achievement in the research literature found. Current research pay more attention to the research of physical exercise of executive function, cognitive function of academic achievement influence. Therefore the theoretical basis of this study from the sports science and psychology, and other disciplines of using the method of literature, psychological measurement method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and other research methods to moderate intensity physical exercise (basketball) to high school students as the research object of physical exercise, implement function how impact on academic achievement. Let the high school students to obtain the appropriate amount of exercise, to improve the level of students in physical exercise at the same time can benefit the students in their studies and in the sports performance into a total score of the college entrance examination under the new situation, the research of physical exercise on senior high school students’ Executive function to promote plays a new role in improving the students’development and the academic achievement.The object and method:select 143 people of high grade one, divided into 27 minute movement experiment group,22 minute movement experiment group, control group.18 minute movement experiment group. Exercise intervention time for physical education. Sports intervention program for basketball. The 4 groups were tested before and after the end of the experiment and the implementation of the function of the pre test and post test, the executive function of the three sub functions are completed on the computer. All programs are implemented through the E-primel 1.1 system. Inhibitory function using the flanker task evaluation; conversion function was evaluated by the task of More-odd shifing; refresh function was evaluated by the 1-back task; academic achievement were in front of the experimental charge period in the experiment results and charged after the final grades. Using repeated measures analysis of variance analysis and statistical method of bootstrap intermediary effect test of different groups of physical exercise on the impact of executive function and academic achievement; and to explore in different time grouping of physical exercise and academic performance:the mediating role of function execution.Research results:(1) the overall effect of moderate intensity exercise on executive function in different time was significant difference. Time group was statistically significant, f (1,143)=306.565, P< 0.01; groups has statistically significant, f (1,143)=3.074, P< 0.01; before and after the experiment, the refresh function f (1,143)=7.825, P=0.000<0.01, conversion function f (1,143)=9.413, P=0.0030.01 has obvious improvement effect, inhibition function f (1,143)=2.274, P=0.134>0.001 had no obvious change. Different duration on the executive function of the impact of different,27 minute exercise group on the implementation of high school students (refresh function, the conversion function) has a significant improvement.22 minutes group.18 minutes group has a certain effect on the executive function. The specific performance is:27 minutes exercise group>22 minutes group,18 minutes group. (2) effect of different time of moderate intensity exercise on academic achievement does not have significant difference, time is not statistically significant,f(1,143)= 0.966, P=0.327> 0.05; group does not have statistical significance,f(1,143)=0.565, P=0.639>0.01, which subjects scores before and after the experiment was not significantly changed in. Chinese performance F (1.143)=0.362, P=0.548>0.05, mathematics achievement F(1,143)=0.002, P=0.963>0.01, English achievement F(1,143)=2.665, P=0.105>0.05. (3) physical exercise has a positive predictive effect on English achievement, and the conversion function of executive function has a negative predictive effect on English achievement r=-0.231,.P=0.045<0.05. Physical exercise through the implementation of the function (conversion function) on the academic performance (English) play a cover up effect, that physical exercise indirectly affect academic performance.Conclusion:(1) different time and medium intensity physical exercise has effects on the refresh function and transformation function of high school students. When the accumulation of moderate intensity exercise time to achieve the best effect in 27 minutes.(2) the relationship between exercise and academic performance is influenced by the duration of the experiment. The experimental period should be at least 8 weeks.(3) executive function is one of the ways to influence the academic performance of physical exercise. In particular, the conversion function is significant.
