The study discusses the mediating effect between the vocational stress and psychological support of rural primary school teachers, and provides the theoretical basis for the reduction of occupational stress and the development of mental health of rural primary school teachers.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 300 primary school teachers in rural Kaiyuan,Liaoning Province.According to the Zhu series, the teachers 'professional stress questionnaire compiled by Shen Jiliang, the Social Support Assessment Scale(SSRS)and the Teacher Mental Health Assessment Scale, the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 17.0,and the processing tests, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model were completed. The study found: 1.There are no significant differences between male and female teachers in mental health, social support and occupational stress.2.In the marital status, married teachers are significantly higher than unmarried teachers in the mental health life dimension of rural primary schools.3.Whether the head teacher on the comparison found that in rural primary school teachers 'life score, teachers' scores are generally lower than those of non-teachers,support utilization score is significantly higher than non-head teacher teachers.4.Teachers 'mental health level will decrease with the increase of work pressure, among which self-development,workload and career expectations are the most important factors that affect teachers' mental health level.5.The relationship between social support and mental health level of primary school teachers in rural areas is significantly positive, and the mental health level of teachers increases with the increase of social support.Conversely, mental health levels will decline as access to social support decreases. That is to say,a very important factor that affects teachers 'mental health level is social support.6.There is a significant negative correlation between vocational pressure and social support for primary school teachers in rural areas and all the dimensions between them, which means that the greater the vocational pressure on teachers, the less social support they will receive; On the contrary, the degree of social support will also increase due to the reduction of professional pressure on teachers.7.Social support is an intermediary variable of rural primary school teachers 'occupational pressure affecting mental health level, which reflects that rural primary school teachers' occupational pressure not only has a role in directly predicting teachers 'mental health level, but also mental health and social support.
