Mental health is a human life, and work based learning is an important part of a person’s overall health development. Teachers’ Mental health is an important aspect of the psychological quality of teachers, teacher quality education is the basic guarantee. Teachers need good psychological quality only possible to cultivate high-quality personnel, and mental health is a key indicator to measure the psychological quality. As a trainer, not only affects the mental health of teachers in their own happy life and work achievements of students’ mental development also has an extremely important influence. With the full implementation of quality education, teachers’ voices sound more and more intense psychological quality, teachers’ mental health and the development of more and more attention, teachers’ mental health or not is the key determinant of the success or failure of the quality of education. In this study, the clinical symptoms of SCL-90 checklist, teachers ’Job Stress Scale and Social Support Scale Zhengzhou forty-seventh of 180 middle school teachers testing, research and mental health and teachers’ occupational stress, social support Relationship.
