Research On Electronic Training System Based On Performance Technology

As information technology continues to develop, more and more new technologies have been applied,and their ranges become more and more widely. Training was initially used in corporate training,with conduct demonstrations, on-site training, master apprentice approach those only traditional forms. Also contributed to the development of the times change with the training industry. Now, in addition to corporate training,it has been widely applied to government departments, hospitals, schools and other large institutions. And the presentation in the form of training continues to expand as new technology to join in. Based on the training of new technologies, such as CD-ROM training, interactive video, Internet training and other training methods gradually being adopted by major institutions, and the institutions have developed so many training program. These training courses have gradually been accepted by the public for their unique advantages. With the changes in the form of training, more and more revenue and results of training make us pay more attention to it. So the idea of performance technology was introduced to training.We expect to get the best achievements after the hard-working of implementation of training activities.To improve performance is the ultimate purpose of the training.Therefore,this paper relying on the Moodle platform, selecting the file management in University Computer Foundation as the research contens,in order to design a electronic training course which is based on performance technology. The main research content of this paper are as follows:First,On the basis of consulting a large number of literature,combing the foreign and deomestic research and application status of training and E-training,determines the research contents and research methods of this study.Second,In this study, with the support of constructivism, autonomous learning theory those theoretical bases,the next is performance and training system analyses. According to the results of analyses,we design the each module of training course.Third,making the summary of paper research,existing problems and making sure the directions and prospect of future research.The training program takes good advantage of Moodle platform, breaking the limitations in time and space in traditional classroom teaching.At the same time,the study makes use of performance of ideological,so it can make the training to achieve optimal results.
