Research On Performance Management Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education Training Platform In College And Universities

In February 2019,the Ministry of Education's New Year press conference announced that China's gross enrolment rate in higher education has reached 48.1percent,and China's higher education is about to enter the stage of popularization from the stage of popularization of higher education.Subsequently,the topic of higher education quality and higher education governance has attracted wide attention of the government and society.The important purpose of higher education is to cultivate high-quality intelligent talents,but to cultivate "intelligent talents ",the " teaching" and " learning " in colleges and universities should be full of innovative spirit,and this innovative spirit can be effectively transformed and effectively integrated through the process of entrepreneurship.Innovative Entrepreneurship Education Practice:Innovative Entrepreneurship Education The important extension of education,innovative entrepreneurship education training platform is an important carrier of innovative entrepreneurship education practice,how the performance level of innovative entrepreneurship education training platform reflects the quality and effectiveness of innovative entrepreneurship education practice.Therefore,the performance management research on the practical training platform of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is beneficial to respond to the widespread concern of the society and the government on the quality management of higher education,and will have far-reaching practical significance for the research of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China.This study takes Yunnan University of Finance and Economics as an example,taking the theory of higher education purpose,balanced scorecard theory and multiple wisdom theory as the theoretical basis.Grasp the characteristics of "always taking strategy as the center and" paying attention to coordination and consistency "in the balanced scorecard to depict the strategic map of the training platform of innovative entrepreneurship education,and construct the performance evaluation index system of the training platform of innovative entrepreneurship education.And using the theoryof multiple intelligence to explain the five dimensions of the performance evaluation index system of the training platform of innovative entrepreneurship education,to carry out performance feedback and cause analysis.This study grasps the important characteristics of "emphasizing effective balance" in balanced scorecard and examines the reality of innovative entrepreneurship education.The five dimensions of the training platform balance,feedback the performance of innovative entrepreneurship education training platform in colleges and universities mainly in three aspects: from the learning and growth dimension,pointed out that the innovation entrepreneurship education training platform is relatively weak professional;from the internal business management process dimension,pointed out that the innovation entrepreneurship education training platform administrative communication level is low;from the competition and cooperation dimension,pointed out that the innovation entrepreneurship education training platform openness is relatively weak.The reasons for the problems are analyzed by using the theory of multiple intelligence and the idea of "cultivating talents of intelligent innovative entrepreneurship ",which are mainly manifested in the following three aspects: first,the professional practice teaching system of innovative entrepreneurship training is weak,second,the training platform of innovative entrepreneurship education has long management,and third,the training platform of innovative entrepreneurship education lacks the communication mechanism of integration and sharing.Based on the performance problems and cause analysis of the training platform of innovative entrepreneurship education,the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the performance problems are further discussed.First,it is necessary to strengthen the teaching system of innovative entrepreneurship training,plan the program of innovative entrepreneurship training course,and strengthen the teaching staff of innovative entrepreneurship training;Second,it is necessary to plan the organizational structure of the training platform for innovative entrepreneurship education,clearly divide the division of functions of departments,make overall decisions,establish a regular performance evaluation department for innovative entrepreneurship education,and perfect the practical teaching system for innovative entrepreneurship education.
