A Study On The Development And Reform Of Ethnic Preparatory Education In Guizhou Colleges And Universities

Since the establishment of new China, the party and the government attaches gre at importance to training of cadres of ethnic minorities, the minority education as an i mportant measure to solve the ethnic problems.In 1950 s, our country formally establis hed ethnic preparatory education, provided a platform for more and more ethnic stude nts to enter the university learning,and successively promulgated a series of policies a nd regulations to ensure the smooth progress of the preparatory education of colleges and universities. Since 1954 founded preparatory education in Guizhou, more than sixty years of development has gained the remarkable achievements, and carried a large number of qualified undergraduate and junior college students in Colleges and universities. Guizhou is now in an important stage of development, the government continually supply the capital, technology and talent support is that a strong protection for vigorously developing Guizhou, also a new requirements of culturing of ethnic minority talents. Education of ethnic preparatory should be timely adjust training objectives and develop training plan in line with the needs of social development, at the same time, we should pay attention to the students’ all-round development, to enhance the students’ comprehensive quality. I grew up in Guizhou as the study of ethnic minority college students, and feeled the effectiveness of preparatory training through the development and progress of the ethnic preparatory education, I learned of Marx’s national theory and policy in the graduate student stage systematically, I want to use the theoretical knowledge to explore the problems which existing in the development of the preparatory education in Guizhou, and put forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions to solve the problem.In the introduction, this paper makes a summary of the relevant research on the ethnic preparatory education in Chinese universities,the first chapter introduces the development of the ethnic preparatory education and its related policies in our countrysince the founding of new China,the second chapter discusses the development and characteristics of the ethnic preparatory education in universities in Guizhou, The third chapter analyzes the problems faced by ethnic preparatory education in universities in Guizhou, the fourth chapter puts forward countermeasures in ethnic preparatory education’s reform and development in Guizhou.
