The physics experiments are both the source and the judge of the abstract theories, which is one of the important features of physics. Therefore, physics teaching should follow this characteristic. At present, “New National Curriculum Standard for Senior High Physics” always emphasis the ideas of the science is for everyone and improving national scientific literacy. High school physics teaching should reflect the ideas.For realizing the interactive teaching, Using the materials which is familiar, simple, inexpensive and available to provide all kinds of inquiring experimental activities, and to, so as to help students to understand and establish physical concepts and laws, improve the whole students’ scientific quality. It’s also the connotation of Low-cost and Interesting experiments.The development of science and technology brings us a lot of portable devices, powerful software, cheap technology components and so on, which make the development and manufacture of physics experiment become possible.This project dedicates to researching the design and manufacture of physical experiment for high school, including the following topics:First of all, For explaining this topic the significance, the author analyzes and thinks the teaching situation of physics experiment in our country, tries to find out the shortcomings of the existing researches. The author discusses deeply on the connotation and characteristics of Low-cost physics experiment from the aspects of origin of concept, existing definition, similar concept, the Assessment Scale of Lowcost Physics Experiments. Contrast the research situation in our country and around the world, come to the conclusion that the most obvious distinction is the details of the low-cost interesting physical experiment research.Secondly, according as contemporary educational psychology and transfer teaching theory, put forward its function and value in knowledge understanding, cognition transfer, independent learning.Thirdly, On the background of physical passive learning amount high school students, the founding ideas and display system of science and technology museum inspires believing low-cost innovation experiment is able to open up a window for interactive and game-style experiment class. introduce two misunderstandings in low—cost innovation experiment.Fourthly, the most important and innovative part. For the sake of improving the visibility of existing experiment, simplifying the experiment materials, design extracurricular interest inquiry experiment, deducing physical exercises by experiment, Innovatively design fifty physics low-cost and interesting experiments for high school. Introduce the detail of the seven experiments about design reason, experimental apparatus, making process, experimental procedure, experimental principle, experimental setup figures, processing data. In this paper, designing these experiments without rigorous and quantification principle. Even the quantitative experiment only require simple measurements, record and comparison. In this way, we hole pay attention to the student to obtain the experience, image thinking and the rational thinking.
