The ordinary high school chemistry course standards put forward that chemistry teaching should be change students’ passive way of learning, guiding students to autonomous, inquiry and cooperative learning; paying attention to and respecting for different students’ individual differences and learning development needs, through using a variety of teaching methods to make every student can develop fully and stimulate students interest in learning. The author based on consulting a large number of literature and relevant theories, combining learn before teach with stratified training and applying it to Learning-Plan Teaching is researched, in order to not only take the students as the main body, respecting the individual differences of students, but also dominated by teachers, guiding students to active learning in the chemistry teaching.This study adopts literatures study to write literature review for Learning-Plan Teaching and learn before teach and stratified training. It is based on the constructivism theory and zone of proximal development theory and the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude theory etc, using teaching practice method to experiment for the application of high school chemistry “learn before teach, stratified training” in learning-plan teaching, including for students and cooperation study group’s layered and the study plan’s compiled of the “learn before teach, stratified training” and the specific operation steps of the application teaching of high school chemistry “learn before teach, stratified training” in learning-plan teaching. Finally, this study analyzed the teaching experiment’s effect by using questionnaire survey and case interview method and the method of comparison and analysis the midterm and final results of the experimental classes and that in comparative classes.After a year of teaching practice research, it proves that the application of high school chemistry “learn before teach, stratified training” in learning-plan teaching is beneficial to cultivating the students’ ability of autonomic learning, promoting students’ learning method’s transform, raising students’ learning interest, enhancing students’ cooperative learning consciousness, it also can effectively improve students’ chemistry grade.
