Research On Stratified Learning Plan In High School Chemistry Teaching

As to the current school in which the author is engaged,we adopt a teaching model based on different-level of students,the learning starting points,learning attitudes and learning ability of different students at different levels are different.Therefore,teachers should be able to reflect the differences of students in teaching.In order to enable students at different levels to be promoted in learning and achieve all-round development in the learning process,the author has studied the application of stratified learning plan in chemistry teaching,Wish it is helpful to the development of students as well as provide reference for the teaching reform of our school.Firstly,the author has scanned large quantities of documents through different resources and researched the status of the current introduction and stratified learning plan both at home and abroad by consulting a large number of relevant literatures.The author carried out the research of this article on the basis of other researchers.Through comparing relevant literature,we can understand that there are many researches on conducting cases at present,and there are also rich literatures related to stratified teaching.Introduction cases and stratified teaching have always been hotspots for educational researchers,but relatively few research on stratified learning plan.Secondly,Referring to the research of other education researchers,the author explains the concepts related to this study(learning plan,stratified teaching,stratified learning plan),and learns the theoretical basis related to this study through a large number of literature documents including theories related to pedagogy and psychology.Through analyzing the relevant theories and research of stratified learning plan,we could understand the compilation principles of stratified learning plan,and explain the components of stratified learning plan in detail in combination with the literature.The author also uses the method of survey to analyze the current situation of the use of stratified learning plan in chemistry teaching,and understands that there are relatively few stratified learning plan in chemistry teaching at present,and some teachers do not have enough understanding of stratified learning plan.Therefore,it is still necessary for the application of stratified learning plan in chemistry teaching.In the application practice,the author had a survey to make a preliminary understanding of the students' chemistry learning status by using questionnaires,and at the same time observes the analysis of the students' daily learning activities,and then deeply understands the students' chemistry learning interest,learning attitude,learning habits and chemistry learning ability.Through interviews and exchanges with students,we could understand the real thoughts of the students and follow the wishes of the students,and then reasonably stratify the students.The stratification of students is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the stratified learning plan teaching.After reasonable stratification of the students,the author combines the real situation of the students to prepare the layered guidance plan.It should be able to reflect the level and difference of students,give different guidance to students of different levels,and help students of different levels develop in an all-round way.Finally,through questionnaire surveys and interviews to understand the changes in students' learning conditions before and after the use of stratified learning plan,we analyze the effect of stratified learning plan in the real chemistry teaching application,and analyze the results of the survey found that most students believe that stratified learning plan can affect their own chemistry interests,and at the same time,stratified learning plan can help students to preview,summarize and know the completion of homework.Through the interviews,it is found that most students think thatstratified learning plan make them aware of the importance the teacher attaches to them and help them in their studies,make them feel that the teacher cares for them,and improve their motivation for learning.Using analytical methods to analyze the changes in students'performance before and after the application of the student's stratified learning plan,and explore its impact on the academic performance of the students at different levels,the author found through data analysis that the results of the experimental class(1711)and the control class(1716)in the high school final exam made a big gap.Because of the greater differences,the experimental class(1711)students' performance has improved significantly.Through a comprehensive analysis of changes in students' chemistry scores,changes in students' chemistry learning interests,and changes in students' learning attitudes and chemistry learning abilities,it is found that the stratified learning plan teaching has an effect on students' performance,interest and learning ability enhancement has a certain degree of help,and it can also help the author improve the chemistry teaching ability.The results of the research show that it is feasible and effective to use stratified learning plan in high school chemistry teaching.
