The conceptualization and implementation of Learning Plan Guidance isbased on the need to improve the students’ academic performance ina large area from the new curriculum reform, it also adapts to the needs of thelearning society and lifelong learning. After making careful research on lots ofothers’ to make the practice and theoretical results of the Learning PlanGuidance, I feel it has many advantages,but there are many areas forimprovement. Through constant practice summary,I first put forward the theoryof Teaching in the Learning Plan Guidance to make every student candevelope smoothly. Stratified Teaching is beneficial to the development of allstudents. Conducive to individualized, and help for the students to experiencethe joy of success.The main content of this article is to survey the students learning conditionsin Biology teaching and Characteristics of academic knowledge,It is to explorehow to combine Stratified Teaching with Biology,based on the previouspractical and theoretical basis of the results.And also it refers to the theory’ sspecific implementation. Meanwhile it focus on the design, characteristic andspecific case of “Teaching in the Learning Plan Guidance”.After a year’s teaching practice, it has been confirmed that“StratifiedTeaching in the Learning Plan Guidance” Teaching mode is helpful to increasestudents’ interest in learning,to promote students’ changes in learning styles,toimprove the students’ ability of self-study and to help students cultivate theirgood learning habits.And also helpful to the effective implementation of theconcept of curriculum standards, and improve teaching performance.
