With the steady progress of education reform, teachers’ specialization are concerned by more and more people, and teachers’ teaching ability as the main part of teacher professionalism as one of the main aspects of in-service teacher training.This article embarks from the teachers’ classroom teaching ability, using the literature method to abstract the core of teachers’ classroom teaching ability, and chooses the obligation education geography teacher training curriculum standard(discussion paper) of the core competence diagnosis scale of classroom teaching, to participate in "The national training plan 2015" demonstration project of Yunnan normal university students of junior high school geography class in microteaching training video analysis, study the core competence of the students before and after the participation of classroom teaching, and put forward improvement aiming at the problems found in the study, in order to improve training effect.This research includes the following several parts:The first chapter is introduction. From the research background, research significance, research status and research contents of four aspects of problems for study are simply described.The second chapter for the study of theoretical basis and related concepts.Mainly introduces the theory of lifelong education, teacher professional theory and design of relevant concepts in this study are proposed.The third chapter is selected and students basic information analysis of evaluation questionnaire. According to the geographical discipline compulsory education teacher training curriculum standard(discussion paper) set in the classroom teaching diagnosis scale based on core competence, appropriate improvement as a diagnostic tool, and to make the brief analysis of student’s basic situation.The fourth chapter focuses on using scale diagnosis process, and to make statistical analysis, diagnosis research, the core competence of the students before and after the participation of classroom teaching.,Fifth chapter conclusion for research and training advice main conclusion is: in a short period of time while the students of class teaching ability is not improved significantly, but the classroom teaching behavior is more scientific, the formation of the ability to not only need professional guidance, students need to continue to practice more. Puts forward the increase courses to meet students learning needs;Increase course teaching evaluation; Perfect the training environment and logistics;Attaches great importance to the late school-based academic four Suggestions of tracking. Finally pointed out existing problems, this study for the future development prospects.
