Education is the main responsibility of personnel training,and teachers play an indispensable role in the personnel training. As the main positions of personnel training,classroom teaching is the main organization form in the school education and units.Classroom teaching is an open and complex system,teachers are the key elements of classroom teaching system optimization and coordination.Teachers have a leading role in classroom teaching?On the one hand teachers' classroom teaching ability directly affects the quality of classroom teaching,on the another hand classroom teaching practice is the growth of teachers professional ability base. The core competence of classroom teaching is an important factor influencing the development of teachers 'teaching ability,and is at the core of teachers' classroom instruction ability system.Each classroom teaching ability is interrelated and interacts with each other.Through the influence and promotion of teachers' classroom teaching ability,core competence provide continuous driving force for the development of teachers' classroom teaching ability and gradually promote the development of teachers' professional ability.Development is an important connotation of the core competence of teachers' classroom teaching.Its function and goal are embodied in promoting the development of teachers and optimizing the classroom teaching system so as to realize the achievement of teaching goals and promote the growth of students. Depth analysis of the structure of teachers 'core competence in teaching,analysis of its characteristics and functional role for the development of teachers' teaching ability and classroom teaching quality has a high significance.The focus of this paper is to clarify the structural elements of the core structure of middle school teachers 'classroom teaching,and to construct the structural model of the core competence of middle school teachers' classroom teaching.On the basis of combinatorial theory,teacher professional development stage theory and teaching thought,teachers' classroom teaching ability is divided into necessary ability,general ability and core competence.After the expert consultation and investigation,the core competence of teachers' classroom teaching ability,classroom teaching reflection ability and classroom teaching and research ability are finally established,and each core competence is composed of four indicator composition.The three core competencies are intertwined and related,but they are different in terms of connotation,characteristics and formation mechanism. The core competence of middle school teachers is the integration process in the classroom teaching practice and the professional development of teachers.The whole structure model is an integrated process,which can explain the relationship between the various elements from the perspective of whole and system.From the standpoint of the representation of the structural model,the core competence of the classroom teaching is the backbone of the whole structure model.The classroom teaching is the cornerstone of the growth of teachers and students.The professional development of teachers is the performance of the target and the performance.From the feature analysis,the structural model has the ability to integrate the structure,the correctness of the teaching monitoring,the back of the teaching reflection and the transcendence of the teaching research. The functional value of the structural model is embodied in the three aspects of the development of teachers' teaching ability,the improvement of classroom teaching quality and the quality of school education.The main content of the article is divided into six parts: theory and foundation,method and process,elements and interpretation,system and representation,case and demonstration,summary and reflection.The specific contents are as follows:In the first part,through the research and combing of the literature,the author tries to deconstruct the role of teachers in the classroom teaching system by using the principle of synergetics to play the principle;combing the teaching thought of the famous educator,refining the essence of teaching thought and deepening the teaching ability Analysis to provide the basis for analysis of teachers professional development stage theory,summed up the teacher classroom teaching ability changes in the law.The second part is based on the existing literature research,the teacher's classroom teaching ability system.The use of Delphi for expert advice to modify and improve,and ultimately the formation of secondary school teachers,the core structure of the structure of teaching.The third part is based on the structure of the core competence of middle school teachers' classroom teaching,interpreting the ability of classroom teaching monitoring,classroom teaching reflection ability and classroom teaching and research ability,and expounding the connotation,characteristic and forming mechanism of each core competence.In the fourth part,the paper constructs the structural model of the core competence of middle school teachers' classroom teaching.Teachers 'classroom teaching core competence is placed into classroom teaching and teachers' professional development.This paper describes the relationship between core competence and classroom teaching and teacher professional development,expounds the systematic representation of structural model,summarizes the distinguishing features of structural model,and expounds the functional role of structural model.In the fifth part,in order to make the research content more concrete,deepen the research theme,through the actual investigation,the classroom teaching case analysis and the school teacher team construction program to sort out and summarize.This part includes two steps of data collection and analysis,two observation dimensions of classroom and school,two objects of observation of teachers and teaching.Observation records and summary analysis of several secondary school teachers classroom teaching activities and school teachers team construction initiatives,The research on the core competence of middle school teachers' classroom teaching falls into the practice of classroom teaching.The sixth part,the paper is mainly to answer the "what" "why" and "how" three issues,summed up the secondary school teachers in the core competence of teaching,to sum up and emphasize the research theme and results.On this basis,the whole of the study from the reflection,summed up the lack of research and the weak.
