The object of this paper is the 3 year junior high school students in the starting point of Yantai industry and trade technician college.Secondary vocational school students to learn the application of writing,is conducive to enhance the overall pr0 ofessionalism,expand their own development space,but also the country to cultivate high-quality technical skills talent of the inevitable requirement.Especially for the students of business assistant professional,practical writing ability is the core of professional quality.However,in the secondary vocational Chinese teaching practice,tend to ignore the important role of practical writing,performance for class set too few,backward teaching contents,assessment method simple,especially in the link of the teaching appraisal,rely on the traditional,extensive evaluation criteria scoring trouble,resulting in students "understand on listening to,writes wrong,after the test you forget,with panic".The purpose of teaching evaluation,not only for students' rating,the most important is the diagnosis of the strengths and weaknesses of students,to help students improve their learning methods,help teachers clear teaching objectives,and comprehensively improve the quality of teaching.Therefore,vocational students' practical writing should be the introduction of a scientific and reasonable evaluation model.This paper introduces the scale evaluation method for students' writing ability clear positioning,find the problems in students' writing,analysis of the causes of the problem,in order to establish the teacher evaluation as the main body,to students' self evaluation,evaluation of enterprise to complement the comprehensive and diversified writing evaluation mode.This paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case study method and comparative study method.This article is divided into five parts.Part ?: introduction.Mainly expounds the origin and significance of the study,evaluation scale and other concepts,literature review,research methods,research ideas and content,a clear basis for the basic project.The second part: the secondary vocational practical writing writing teachingevaluation analysis of the situation.In business assistant professional teachers,students and cooperative enterprises as the object to carry out the questionnaire,find out the secondary vocational student's writing ability evaluation model of ills.In view of the existing problems,and puts forward the secondary vocational student's ability of practical writing teaching evaluation reform goal and direction.The third part: the construction of the evaluation scale of the applied writing ability of the secondary vocational school students.In the analysis based on the types and characteristics of evaluation scale,evaluation based on the table formulation of the theory basis and practice principle and construction of subdivision notification 10 kinds of common application for the multilingual evaluation scale.The fourth part: The practice research of the "scale evaluation method" in the application of the writing of the students in the secondary vocational school.The longitudinal study,transverse study,comparative study,all-round display significant role to promote the secondary vocational students practical writing ability assessment scale,summarizes the scale evaluation method of theoretical and practical significance,analysis of the shortcomings of the proposed rectification measures for the next step.The fifth part: conclusion.According to the present situation of domestic and foreign writing assessment scale research situation,once again stressed vocational students practical writing ability evaluation system reform,the necessity and feasibility,and the table evaluation method in the field of writing application prospect were reviewed and analyzed.
