The moral education has always been the most important part in the education system of our country. Vocational and technical colleges directly offer the society labors and workers, which makes the moral education more important. Though many people are working hard for the moral education of vocational and Technical colleges, it remains many problems nowadays.The writer has designed two kinds of questionnaire, one for students who are still studying in vocational and technical colleges and the other for the enterprises who are to employ the graduates from vocational and technical colleges. By the survey, the writer is trying to raise some new information for the moral education of vocational and technical colleges on the basis of realizing the moral education of vocational and technical colleges from the students'and enterprises'angle of view together.According to the survey, it shows that the enterprises need the talented person who has complete conception of world, outlook on life, sense of worth, view of life, view on love and mental health. However in the real life, it exists plenty of negative evaluation on these parts of the graduates from vocational and technical colleges; it also shows the necessity of improving the moral of the graduates from vocational and technical colleges, but at the same time, it calls a query in the situation of the moral education of vocational and technical colleges. The existence of these contradictions reflects that there are still many problems in the moral education of vocational and technical colleges which need to have deeper innovation and exploration.While the article raises the characteristics of the moral education of vocational and technical colleges, it states the education has to follow these four principles: First, moral education must emphasize the education of philosophy in the first place; second, moral education must be education of life; third, moral education is education of how to conduct one's behave; last, moral education should not be the education of material gain. Synthesizing the results of the survey and the four principles, we put forward the train of thought which can put the moral education of vocational and technical colleges into practice: first, we must change the situation that the moral education of vocational and technical colleges just focus on moralization and carry out the moral education by the way of arousing ponder ability, discussing and experiencing: second, we should exploit the function of moral education in China's traditional culture; third, we ought to strengthen the penetration between moral education and the other subjects; last, we should make the students think about their life themselves and improve the standard of their moral judgment by moral education.
