Outdoor sport is closely relate with nature.We advocate the concept of positive and healthy lifestyle coincided with ecology and civilization.It has been accepted by the students.It can make college students realize self value,improve ability,learn motor skills, and improve teamwork, promote friendship.In recent years, the health of College Students’ physical health is becoming more prominent, and the trend is gradually declining. Colleges and Universities have accelerated the pace of the pace of the development of physical education reform, and outdoor sport course for the physical education curriculum add luster, previous outdoor sports development training is one kind for the student cadre training, now gradually expanding and for the research in this paper provide a reliable basis.This will be multi perspective to analyze the role of outdoor sports in Yunnan province Kunming City College Quality Education and fitness, the object of this study is the 6 universities in Kunming area, Yunnan Province: Yunnan University, Yunnan Normal University, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Yunnan University of Nationalities, Southwest Forestry University and the Yunnan Agricultural University, and the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, Web page browsing method, logical analysis method, data processing method as the main research methods, through the course of development of colleges and universities, outdoor sport development present situation investigation and study and analysis of prospects, and combining the specific situation of outdoor sport in Kunming area, and further analysis of the status of the implementation of teaching the organization of outdoor sport courses, practical problems to find outdoor sports courses during the existence, more conducive to the development of curriculum after put forward reasonable suggestions, so that we can understand the real situation of colleges and universities sports work leadership cognition for outdoor sports and outdoor sports of colleges and universities to carry out attitudes.
