Research On Cooperative Development Of Outdoor Sports Resources In Wuling Mountain Area

The Wuling mountain area,as the western inter-provincial border area,the natural resources and human resources are abundant.It has the comparative advantage of developing the outdoor sports industry.Based on the same mountain,water and people,the regional collaboration has long been popular.The purpose of this article is to explore the overall development of outdoor sports in Wuling mountain area.Taking the collaborative development of outdoor sports resources in the Wuling mountain area as the research object.Using the literature data method,field investigation method and network data collection method,making the detailed analysis of the development situation,mode and the effect of outdoor sports resources,and summarizing the main difficulties in the coordinated development of outdoor sports resources in Wuling mountain area.Based on the collaborative perspective to put forward the countermeasures of outdoor sports resources in Wuling mountain area and then draw the following conclusions:(1)The natural and human resources are rich in Wuling mountain area,it is an important cornerstone for the development of outdoor sports.It has developed a series of products relying on its resource advantages,but the level of development is still not enough,many resource advantages have not been tapped and further development is needed.(2)The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of outdoor sports resources in the Wuling mountain area coexist.In recent years,certain achievements have been achieved by relying on the development of tourism resources,human resources and outdoor sports events.However,due to regional administrative divisions,there are some certain problems,for example the lack of strong leadership and executive bodies,lack of overall industrial planning and fierce internal and external competition;the cooperation is loosing and the cooperative development mechanism has not been established;lack of professional talents,etc.(3)As a poor mountainous region,the geographical location is adjacent,the resources are rich,the transportation facilities are convenient and the economic exchanges are close.It is a powerful symbiotic system,coupled with the strong support of national policies,Therefore,collaboration on this basis can generate more social and economic benefits and achieve regional coordinated development.(4)The coordinated development of outdoor sports resources in the Wuling mountain area to achieve cooperation and mutual benefits,it is necessary to make overall plans and encourage the government,enterprises and the market to work together;from point to point,accelerate the preparation of resources collaborative development master plan;establish and improve the collaborative development mechanism;increase financial investment and build infrastructure together;speed up the training of professional talents;integrate the development of other industries and improve the industrial chain;pay attention to the coordination between development and environmental protection to realize green creative development.
