As a kind of new teaching method, it is necessary to put forward the Cooperating learning for course innovation. Many experts have got some substantial progress by studying this new teaching method, which is be accepted and popularized gradually by most countries. It can change the current situation that the traditional teaching methods have dominated the colleges and universities and meet the needs that the physical education is to be injected fresh blood. Moreover, it plays a significant role in culturing students’ better quality of determination, cultivating the sense of students’ collective cohesion; enhancing the communicating among the students, improving the friendship among students and teachers by using lots of beneficial factors in the teaching activities. As a rising sports, LaLa has not a long history, however, its popularized trend spreads rapidly at home and abroad.Recently, more and more colleges and universities start LaLa Course, it will have a steady development for adopting cooperating learning method. Then this article uses the experiment results that cooperating learning method is adopt in the select course-LaLa in colleges and universities. For the special characteristics of LaLa item, it approach a subject that the feasibility is exist in the LaLa Course adopting cooperating learning method, and then to reach “1+1” in effect. Finally, it can supply theoretical foundation and empirical foundation for the development of LaLa and the innovation in education and teaching of public sports course in colleges and universities.This article use the documents and materials method,interviewing method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method as a study way of writing paper. The object of study is 64 students(two classes, 32 girls in one group) from select course--the LaLa on public sport of City Institute in Kunming University of Science and Technology. The experiment start in the LaLa Course with two kinds of teaching method, cooperating learning method and traditional teaching method. Moreover, using measuring scale to compare and statistics analyze from thefollowing aspects of students, learning interests, learning attitude, class cohesion,achievements, skills and so on. Finally, it analyzes whether the advantages of cooperating learning can work fully in teaching method of LaLa or not. From the test data, we have got the following conclusion:1. In the way of the attitude to learning on LaLa, the opposite experiment happens between the experimental group and the control group, it comes to the conclusion that the change of experimental group is bigger than the control group in the attitude to learning. It is obvious that the cooperative learning have a positive influence on the attitude to learning of students.2. In the way of learning interests on LaLa, the opposite experiment happens between the experimental group and the control group, it comes to the conclusion that the experimental group has stronger learning interests than the control group.Between the two, it is significant difference(P<0.05). It is obvious that the cooperating learning plays a positive role in improving the learning interest of students on La La.3. In the way of class cohesion on LaLa, the opposite experiment happens between the experimental group and the control group, it comes to the conclusion that the class cohesion of the experimental group is stronger than the control group.Moreover, the students are more active and positive in the cooperation among the group in the test.4. In the way of skills on La La, After the test, the experimental group is more skillful than the control group by analyzing and comparing. Between the two, it is significant difference(P<0.05).5. In the way of the achievements on LaLa: It comes to conclusion that the experimental group which adopt cooperating learning method are more excellent than the control group which adopt the traditional teaching method by test data. Between the two, it is significant difference(P<0.05).
