Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the development needs of badminton specialized courses in the physical education departments of ordinary colleges and universities,and diversified teaching methods and teaching means are born.Exploring new methods suitable for the development of badminton teaching is one of the main ways to optimize the classroom teaching and promote the development of badminton in colleges and universities.In the current research on teaching methods,most scholars’ research is basically a comparison between new teaching methods and traditional teaching methods,which is not conducive to the selection of teaching methods,and cannot reflect the advantages and disadvantages of teaching methods,and cannot get rid of the dilemma of single teaching methods.Therefore,in the research of teaching methods,only by studying the application of two novel teaching methods in badminton teaching and exploring the teaching effects of the two teaching methods can we really find a new method suitable for the development of badminton teaching.In this paper,the learning-guided teaching method and reciprocal group teaching method are respectively applied in badminton teaching.On the theoretical basis of learning-guided teaching method and reciprocal group teaching method,literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method and teaching experiment method are adopted.A16-week teaching experiment was conducted with 46 undergraduates from two 2020 classes of badminton in physical Education college of Yunnan Normal University.This paper mainly studies the advantages and disadvantages of the learning-guided teaching method and the reciprocal grouping teaching method in terms of students’ physical quality,badminton learning interest and basic skills,so as to provide a reference for the reform,improvement and improvement of the teaching quality of badminton courses in physical education departments of colleges and universities.The experimental results show that:(1)Both learning-guided teaching method and reciprocal group teaching method can promote the improvement of students’ specific physical quality(2)the learning guide type teaching method and reciprocal grouping teaching method helps to improve the ordinary university sports departments badminton elective students basic skills,in comparison to learn guiding type teaching method in improving students badminton skills are more better than that of the reciprocal grouping teaching method,improve the effect of the more significant,more conducive to students to master sports skills.(3)Both the learning-guided teaching method and the reciprocal group teaching method can help activate the classroom atmosphere and improve students’ learning interest.Comparatively speaking,the reciprocal group teaching method is better than the learning-guided teaching method in improving students’ learning interest in badminton.Therefore,in the development of students’ interest in learning badminton,the reciprocal grouping method is more conducive to improve students’ interest in learning badminton.
