According to the definition, raise theadaptability evaluation index system between forest area carrying capacityand number of people. rely on the index system, base on the resources surveythoroughly from 1990 to 1995 of industry region, we can conclude that thescale of people have surpassed the carrying capacity between 1990 and 1995.Policy, science and technology, people, resources, all these factors consider,we forecast the level of carrying capacity in the year 2050 and give someadvice on it.
