The Establishment Of Modern Enterprise System And For Running

AbstractIn recent years, as the reform of state-owned companies further develops, as the people's living standards improve, especially as the modern company system has been established, our necessity to the education is expanding day by day. But on the contrary , during the process of the reform ,both in economic structure and company structure ,the company-managed schools especially the ordinary schools have met a lot of problems quite difficult for the companies to manage schools .So in the author's opinion , it's necessary to further discuss and study the present problems in company-managed schools and try to take some measures in order to develop this kind of schools even the national educationThis dissertation takes a further discussion to the problems in the company-managed schools from four aspects. Firstly ,from the historic point of view, it analyses the resource and malady of these kinds of schools (company-managed) under the traditional economic mechanism ; Secondly, it studies the influence of the modern company system to the company-managed schools ; Thirdly , is points out how to solve the problems between the modern company system and the company investment in the schools ; In the end , it conceives the reform of company-managed schools in the modern company system.
