Research On The Operation And Optimization Strategy Of The "virtual Company System" Class Management Model In Secondary Vocational Schools

The premise of social and economic development is to continuously develop secondary vocational education.This is also the need for the improvement of our overall national strength,and it is also the need to enhance the nation's ability to innovate.Perfecting vocational education institutions is an important guarantee for enhancing our country's comprehensive application of knowledge and technology.The continuous development of educational industrialization plays an extremely important role in social life.Through class management and teaching,students are allowed to learn corporate culture and enterprise systems,and through innovative management concepts in business management,they can increase their simulation scenarios,cultivate students' team spirit and sense of competition,and adapt to social development.This method can not only enable students to learn the curriculum knowledge,enhance their own professional ethics and professional skills,but also make them feel the company's atmosphere,spirit,and some excellent corporate culture.This article takes the class of international trade in Dalian Xingang Customs Clearance Technical School as a research object.Through literature analysis method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods,relevant literature on class management is collected and summarized for reference.Based on the results,combing the relevant theories of class management,as the theoretical basis for this study,and build the overall framework of this study;based on the Dalian Xingang Customs Clearance Technical School,combined with work experience to carry out investigations and study,including the study of the current situation of the virtual company class management and the analysis of the reasons.And then sum up the advantages of "virtual company system" class management and the defects of the traditional management model,and further explore the implementation of "virtual company system" class management measures.Taking the major of international trade as a research point and the“virtual company system”as the new management model to carry out class management,starting with the goal of self-growth and comprehensive literacy development of students,the purpose of the paper is to solve the problem of how to stimulate students' self-management and service during the golden age of schooling.In the class,how can students,through self-study,self-organization,and independent activities,be able to grow up healthily,have the ability to develop independently,and become useful people for the society.
