Computer has been applied to education since its coming into being in 1959,the first computer assisted instruction (CAL) system was developed and generated with IBM company of America, and since then, there has been an advisable progress in CAl ,which is an important aspect of computer applying to education and based on learning theories ,now cognitive theory and constructivism,in place of behavior theory and as the overwhelming theories have been instructing the designing and developing of cognitive CAl software .But because the instruction from these theories are too general and vague, the effect of developing and using CAl is not pleasant, this thesis continuing with the attention theory, analyse the relation between attention and learning ,studies the three prevailing models of attention theory, and leads to its advice to the development of CAl ,with this instruction , we have created a CAl software 獵hinese vertebrate in severe danger?with such multimedia writing systems as AUTHORWA~.E .1 hope my attemption benefits the theory and practice of education technology ,especially of computer based on education.
