The research on the psychological benefits of physical exercise has been widely recognized,and it has been found that physical exercise has an influence on individual cognition,attention,memory,mood and personality.However,most of the studies focused on the psychological effects of long-term physical exercise,and relatively few studies on the psychological benefits of mild and one-time exercise.Previous studies have found that there is a similar effect on brain power,mood and cognition after a one-time exercise,and less research on the effects of mild,one-time warm-up activities on attention.In addition,in the life practice,students get sleepy when class,experienced teachers will ask students to do some simple physical activity,to boost the spirit of the students,that means do simple,light physical activity after awakening to the student body has a certain role in promoting.The slight warming up activities,however,to pay attention to whether there is a positive influence is lack of scientific research,therefore,this article want to through the experiment method of one-time sports to pay attention to the influence of thermal activity for further discussion.The study recruited 45 students from a university,including 30 males and 15 females,with an average age of 24 + 0.78.The random balance was divided into three groups,each with 15 members.Two experimental groups,one control group,one group was the intervention group for warm-up exercises.The two groups were the intervention group to jog in situ.The control group was the inactive group,the blank control group.EP701 C attention stability tester and bd-ii-514 attention distribution tester were used to test the stability and distribution ability of the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention.Two experimental group and control group,results showed that before the attention of the stability and the distribution of attention ability had no difference,the warm-up activity intervention test immediately after the attention of the stability and the distribution of attention ability between experimental group and control group did not show difference,but after the exercise intervention after another 40 minutes of reading test of stability of attention in a group of experiment the warm-up exercises group was better than control group,experimental group and control group two groups namely running warm-up did not have significant difference between experimental group and experimental group two between the distribution of attention ability and the control group did not show significant difference.Conclusion: 1.A warm-up activity has no effect on immediate attention,but has a delayed effect on attention stability;2.Different warm-up activities have different effects on attention;...
