Objective: Study the role of the distribution of attention in learning as the starting point, the experimental study explores the training system on the distribution of attention to provide a reference for the learning.Methods: Based on previous studies, the study have been assigned to the reliability and validity of measurement tools for testing and training system of distribution of attention, the writer chooses college as subjects from the medical university in Shanxi province, using experimental methods, attention distribution training system as the training methods and in two different training length, measures the subjects'attention character separately both in the static state and in the dynamic state, the effective research on attention distribution in order to promote the research on the learning.Results:(1)The result on the distribution of attention capacity show that male and female students have no significant difference in ability on the distribution of attention (tA=-1.372, tB=-0.094).(2) The research shows that the ability on distribution of attention and academic achievement is closely related(r=0.822, P<0.01).(3)The study based on the Q value on the distribution of attention measured early matched subjects for the 12 pairs, 12 people in the intervention group, 12people in the control group. The subjects will attend the training during 8 days,10 times a day, for 1 times, rest 30s, and then the next, each with a time 3min, 40min a day. After the intervention, the difference between intervention group and the control group has a significant on the Q value on the distribution of attention (t=-2.699, P<0.05).(4) This study records the indicators of the subjects 0 group, 16 training group and 20 training group on single-task operating performance, there were differences between the groups(F=22.801,P<0.05;F=9.880,P<0.05), 20 training group the best, followed by 16 training group; the control group worst.(5) This study records the indicators of the subjects 0 group, 16 training group and 20 training group on dual-task operating performance, there were differences between the groups(F=2.301,P>0.05;F=21.761,P<0.01), 20 training group completed the best during the dual-task operating performance, followed by 16 training group, the worst control group.Conclusion:(1) The capacity on the attention distribution has great significance in the learning process, that it is help for the learning.(2) The study of the operating tasks test and the capacity on the attention distribution showed that the significant effect happened during the training of attention distribution.(3) The study reveals that 20 times training is much better than 16 times.
